A pioneer in the sector, Brad was part of the team that built one of the first commercially scaled production facilities in the world for medical cannabis. He later served as President of one of the leading licensed cannabis producers in Canada, the first G-7 nation to legalize cannabis for both medical and recreational use. Both were tremendously successful and grew to a combined market cap of $2 billion.
Colby De Zen
President & Director
Mr. De Zen brings a wealth of operational and executive management expertise to the Company. He is one of the managing directors of the De Zen Family Office, which has deployed significant capital in the public and private sectors, including real estate, manufacturing, technology, trucking/logistics and cannabis. Currently, he serves as Vice President of Trunkeast Investments, which employs over 2,000 people across numerous companies, generating over $1 Billion in annualized revenue. Mr. De Zen is instrumental in overseeing the day-to-day operations with a primary focus on operational efficiency, cost management and M&A activities. He holds a BMOS Degree, with a Specialization in Finance, from the University of Western Ontario.
Theo van der Linde
CFO & Director
Mr. van der Linde is a Chartered Accountant with 20 years’ extensive finance, administration, and public accounting experience in diverse industries including mining, oil & gas, financial services, manufacturing, and retail. During the last nine years of his career, Mr. van der Linde has been focused on the mining industry working with Junior Exploration and producing mining Companies at various stages of growth and in several jurisdictions including South Africa, West- Africa, Peru, Sri-lanka and the United States. Mr. van der Linde currently acts a mining consultant as the President of Executive Management Solutions Ltd.
Mr. Costello brings a wealth of US government regulatory experience, including areas overseeing cannabis policy.
Mr. Costello is a former U.S. Congressman (2015-2019, R-PA), and now public policy consultant. Mr. Costello advises companies and investors on public policy and strategic objectives on matters before legislative and administrative agencies, primarily involving healthcare, energy, environmental, technology and transportation matters. In Congress, he served on the Committee on Energy & Commerce, which has jurisdiction over a broad range of industries and policy areas, including healthcare and cannabis policy, as well as the Veteran’s Affairs Committee.
Prior to Congress, Mr. Costello was an attorney in private practice, representing clients on regulatory compliance and permit approvals involving governmental agencies, real estate acquisitions, financing, and project approvals; he also served as counsel for various governmental and quasi-governmental agencies.
Mr. Costello is a graduate of Ursinus College, B.A., with Honors, and received his law degree from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.

Working closely with CEO Brad Rogers, Michael Marchese has played a major role in the development and organization of Red White & Bloom, overseeing capital raises, acquisition strategy and brand identity.
With a strong reputation in the cannabis sector, Michael also co-founded and directed the branding for Aleafia Health Inc. which he continues to counsel. Operating his own successful branding company, Marchese Design, Michael has served as a highly trusted counsellor to top-level executives, including CEOs, CFOs and CMOs, for his insights into the process of creating, building and maintaining brand identities.
Mr. Purdy is the Corporate Secretary and Director of Global Blockchain Technologies Corp. and the CEO and President of Element 79 Capital Inc. He was the former CEO and director of Enforcer Gold Corp.; director of each of Supreme Metals Corp. and ZTest Electronics Inc.; former director, CEO, and chairman of Mojave Jane Brands Inc. (formerly High Hampton Holdings Corp.) (CSE:JANE) from November 2016 to December 2017; CEO and Director of Seaway Energy Services from April 2016 to October 2016; a Director of Greenock Resources Inc. from October 2015 to February 2016.
