A pioneer in the sector, Brad was part of the team that built one of the first commercially scaled production facilities in the world for medical cannabis. He later served as President of one of the leading licensed cannabis producers in Canada, the first G-7 nation to legalize cannabis for both medical and recreational use. Both were tremendously successful and grew to a combined market cap of $2 billion.

Colby De Zen

President & Director

Mr. De Zen brings a wealth of operational and executive management expertise to the Company. He is one of the managing directors of the De Zen Family Office, which has deployed significant capital in the public and private sectors, including real estate, manufacturing, technology, trucking/logistics and cannabis. Currently, he serves as Vice President of Trunkeast Investments, which employs over 2,000 people across numerous companies, generating over $1 Billion in annualized revenue. Mr. De Zen is instrumental in overseeing the day-to-day operations with a primary focus on operational efficiency, cost management and M&A activities. He holds a BMOS Degree, with a Specialization in Finance, from the University of Western Ontario.

Mr. Michael Di Brina is a distinguished Canadian entrepreneur, philanthropist, and community leader whose career spans more than thirty-five years in the financial services and business sectors. As President of Di Brina Family Holdings, Mr. Michael Di Brina oversees a diverse portfolio of companies, including Gold Leaf Financial Group, that has approximately $1.1 billion assets under management, and Northern Skyline Developments, each reflecting his vision of combining business excellence with community impact. Mr. Michael Di Brina is a lifetime member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table and qualifies annually for the Top of the Table, a distinction achieved by fewer than one percent of financial advisors worldwide. He holds the designation of Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP) and has received the highest honours available to Life Underwriters, underscoring his expertise and commitment to excellence in financial services. In 2013, Mr. Di Brina was recognized as a recipient of the Bell Business Excellence award by the Sudbury Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Micheal Di Brina’s accomplishments in business are matched by his dedication to community. A passionate philanthropist and civic leader, he has championed causes across healthcare, education, recreation, and elder care. In recognition of his decades of service, he was also awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal in 2025, one of Canada’s distinguished national honours.

Theo van der Linde

Mr. van der Linde is a Chartered Accountant with 20 years’ extensive finance, administration, and public accounting experience in diverse industries including mining, oil & gas, financial services, manufacturing, and retail. During the last nine years of his career, Mr. van der Linde has been focused on the mining industry working with Junior Exploration and producing mining Companies at various stages of growth and in several jurisdictions including South Africa, West- Africa, Peru, Sri-lanka and the United States. Mr. van der Linde currently acts a mining consultant as the President of Executive Management Solutions Ltd.

Brendan Purdy

Mr. Purdy is the Corporate Secretary and Director of Global Blockchain Technologies Corp. and the CEO and President of Element 79 Capital Inc. He was the former CEO and director of Enforcer Gold Corp.; director of each of Supreme Metals Corp. and ZTest Electronics Inc.; former director, CEO, and chairman of Mojave Jane Brands Inc. (formerly High Hampton Holdings Corp.) (CSE:JANE) from November 2016 to December 2017; CEO and Director of Seaway Energy Services from April 2016 to October 2016; a Director of Greenock Resources Inc. from October 2015 to February 2016.
