Management Team

Brad Rogers is a true visionary for the future of cannabis and CBD products in the United States, with a proven track record of building tremendously successful and profitable businesses in this rapidly expanding new economic sector.

A pioneer in the sector, Brad was part of the team that built one of the first commercially scaled production facilities in the world for medical cannabis. He later served as President of one of the leading licensed cannabis producers in Canada, the first G-7 nation to legalize cannabis for both medical and recreational use. Both were tremendously successful and grew to a combined market cap of $2 billion.

Mr. De Zen brings a wealth of operational and executive management expertise to the Company. He is one of the managing directors of the De Zen Family Office, which has deployed significant capital in the public and private sectors, including real estate, manufacturing, technology, trucking/logistics and cannabis. Currently, he serves as Vice President of Trunkeast Investments, which employs over 2,000 people across numerous companies, generating over $1 Billion in annualized revenue. Mr. De Zen is instrumental in overseeing the day-to-day operations with a primary focus on operational efficiency, cost management and M&A activities. He holds a BMOS Degree, with a Specialization in Finance, from the University of Western Ontario.

With over twenty years of experience in diverse industries, operating in both public and private markets, Eddie brings a grounded CFO skillset to the Company having held leadership roles with responsibility for financial reporting, corporate finance, domestic and international taxation, global treasury, business development, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, investor relations, information technology, human resources, and risk management.

Eddie holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a CPA (CA) and started his career at Grant Thornton, LLP in Toronto.
